The Society meets at 1:30 P.M. on the 2^nd Sunday of each month in Classroom "A" at the South Coast Botanic Gardens located at 26300 Crenshaw Blvd., Palos Verdes Peninsula. Entry is free for our meetings.

 DIRECTIONS

Meeting Highlights:

•   Knowledgeable growers, scholars, explorers, and advanced hobbyists give one to two hour programs.  

•  There are door prizes and birth month plants that are great sources for unusual and specimen plants.  

•    A "Cactus and succulent of the month" competition is held as members bring in their plants to a mini-show.  

•   A "bragging table" gives members a chance to bring in unusual plants, plants in flower, plants that have a problem, or plants with no name; and ask members about them.  

•   Plants and related hobby materials are available for purchase. 

•    Time is always scheduled so members can socialize.
